Was sorting through an old portfolio trying to choose what would get kept and what would get tossed... these made the "keep" pile. All these were done back in the '80s!

The roadsters were done on lined notebook paper during down time at work. I got a thing for track roadsters! Bottom one is a custom fully-skirted roadster with some Cord influences.

Next one just shows that even Cords aren't immune to being customized, although I don't know WHAT I was thinking with the wheel covers...

Finally is this old Hupp I did in '82. Obviously heavily influenced by a certain yellow '33 Willys coupe that was in all the magazines at the time... but hey, a Huppmobile is even rarer than a Willys, right? And who needs twin turbos when you can have a blown Hemi? :D

Finished up another Piston Knob. This one is Gabon Ebony, Amboyna, Maple, Gray Walnut, Kingwood and Redheart.....and, of course, Aluminum & Brass. Enjoy!

    Wow great show already!

I don't know if these qualify as art or not, so if not feel free to delete the post!

Every year I create calendars of my car show photography that are then sold to raise money for charity. Here are a couple of sample layouts I've been working on. They will be printed on 11x17 paper so you'll the whole image each month.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I'm hoping to have these finalized and for sale by the end of the weekend then start shipping them the week of Nov. 1 there will be 5 editions in all, 1 from Greaserama, 1 from Vintage Torque Fest (benefiting HelpingHannahsHeart.org), this one from the Stray Kat Kustoms shows (benefitting the Red Cross), 1 featuring Trucks and 1 featuring Traditional Hot Rods/Kustoms.

I'm heading off to the recording studio and will pretty much be there until 1am Sunday, recording 2 live concerts and some direct to disc (actual making the master for vinyl records) so I hope to see a ton of cool stuff in the rest of the art show... from my tiny phone screen :)

OK, My turn... I've been a lurker on this sight for a long time and I've always loved the Friday art show... so, I've decided to post up some stuff from the last couple of weeks. Let me know what you think and please be honest, I can take it. The only way to get better is to listen to the critiques of others...

I've since fixed the trailors on the stars
