    Thank you sir!

  7. Thanks holloweennight96! I love the colour of your '51 :).

I lowered mine the old-fashioned way. When I got the car it had new springs and rode much higher than yours sits (think all-wheel drive ). I took about a coil and a quarter out of the front (1/2 at a time so's not to over do it), and put 3" blocks in the rear with the snubbers cut in half. There are also two sand bags in the trunk . Won't bottom out unless there are a couple of my larger buddies in the back seat. I think the lakers help visually lower it too.

Not an ugly duckling in this whole thread guys! Geez, what good looking cars!

  8. A nice car when I got it - and after an "altitude" adjustment:

Looks bad ass Dave... Mine also has 3" blocks in the rear, and 1.5 coils out in the front. Still seems so much higher than yours for some reason. Maybe because of the lakes..? I am running 14" wheels on mine, and yours look like 15". Anyway.. great looking car man!

    FYI - Your car isn't a Fleetline, it's a Styleline.
