    While I haven't had an axle dropped, If I was.....296 V8 would be the one to do it.

    Another vote for 296 V8. Greg has done work for me in the past and has two of my axles now. I think he is the best axle dropper working right now.

    Arie Van Skyndel is doing great work down in San Marcos, Ca (949)302-5910. He just did a '40 Ford front axle for me and it looks amazing...

    I know that Chris and his brother have a jig. I'm not sure of anyone else that could do it. Maybe Rick at Walrus Machine down in Ballard, he'll at least know who can. I ask him when I am down there this week.

    "I'm in" when/if it does happen... even if it's only a couple inches, i'm sure they have a limit.;) the aftermarket dropped I beams are junk and i refuse to buy them
