That part is off of a 1925 Stutz fire truck. It was on the back corners of the engine where the firemen stood. I knew I had seen this somewhere, so I went looking for it. and found this on it. Sorry to poke this in the art thread but I thought others might be interested. Lockwasher do you know Nemo Gould?

Also thanks to all those who like the artwork. Superfine art all around in the FAS.

  15. Soo many I'd love to personally comment on,... a couple being, Ger, Jeff N('s), Bernie and Janne's,...
    for now however, of special mention; Paul (a.k.a. Lockwasher) the camper is the work of a "Suuuuuper Genius";
simplicity at it's best, displaying the 'less is more' philosophy brilliantly.
Bo, likewise, word for word. The camper scene is fantastic!
    Ed,....

    (no words man, Mr. Till-'rocks!')

Here's an oldy, in keeping with camping:

    "Air Stopper"

A new one, quickly, and frantically sketched out this moring; "Max Wedge" '63 Dodge Dart:

    Here are a couple exercises...
One of the most emphasized 'laws' of animation
is known as "silhouette value". Key to a good drawing or animated pose is how clearly the image is
'readable' as a silhouetted image. Not unlike holding up a drawing in a mirror to see if the proportions
and balance of a drawing is working, this, too, is a great tool for checking weather an image is working
well. 'Readable' basically means, immediately recognizable, referring to shape, structure, gesture or action
as it applies to the subject and/or pose.

" Smokin' " (based on the '32 coupe I posted last week)

    "Poised pose"

    I'll be back...

In the far flung future, long after the collapse of governments and nations, Amazons roam the earth. Traveling in ancient survivors, they cruise the earth, looking for spare parts and octane.
