new to hamb with wood

new to the site and thought i would post some of my work let me know what you guys think.here is a 38 chevy i just woodgrained



and a 2010 dodge i just finished as well not an old car but just showing the woodgrain

I agree nice work until I got to the photo's of the dodge. What's that about ? your first photo's were pretty BAD ASS great job

 

Those first three pictures are awesome!! I hope to get that done to a future car.. once i get my hands on a pre-war coupe.. My great grandfather did wood graining as an occupation at the turn of the century.

Yeah 1951 streamliner thanks for reply that's cool your great grandfather did woodgrain I'm. Doing it the same way they did it back them.

Thanks chief012 maybe on another project just finishing up a 48 chevy dash I will post pics of that when its done I'm trying to do more woodgraining after work and on weekends I do paint and body as side work but really like doing woodgrain not to many people do it

Really outstanding work. I love this stuff and even the newer car gained some soul with the work on it. It don't mean jack to post a new car with an example of your skills, some folks get the shorts up the butt a little to quick. I love seeing talent like this and you should be off to a busy life doing this excellent treatment for folks. Thanx bro! ~sololobo~

 

No worries bigmando - I have a '49 Caddy dash that would look great with feature woodgrain sections with the rest black and the chrome trim,...drool.
