Ok, to each his own I guess.

This car was built back in the day and has pretty much been restored to the way it was originally built.

Man it's been a long time. I sculpted these last summer and cast the first ones in metal in August. These are the polished castings, they will get paint and a few other touches to highlight detail (not that this old camera shows it... good one took a crap). I think I will make the Dragskulls in metallic red and an "electric" metallic blue, with all other details fully painted. Not sure if the sailor is going to be too popular, but I was on a big USS Indianapolis kick last year and felt I needed to make one. Not sure if his cigarette is visible, but I figured he could use a smoke. He will have his hat painted white, and like all the knobs I do, will have the blacking to make highlights stand out. The third is the Nazi Zombie. I don't do Nazi stuff unless it's had half of its face blown or rotted away, and a head wound with catastrophic entrance and exit. I will paint the helmet and collar full lifelike color, as well as the gore. The bone and flesh will likely be a somewhat transparent greenish corpse color so that it is clearly metal, but still makes sense with the other stuff being colored as well.

Zombie's missing face. I think once painted and blackwashed and rubbed back, it's going to be pretty amazing.

Just a quick hello before I get back to turd polishing (ie: 'regular' graphic design stuff that pays the billz). This was done for the Long Beach K9 Officers fundraiser car show that's put on every year by the Sultans car club.

Hope you all have a great weekend. Beautiful work by all, once again I'm over-inspired and need to go curl up in a ball and suck my thumb lol
