Ok I havent seen one yet but I would like to start something on the coolest coffee table books. Who knows of some obscure on that I dont know about. I love them how bout everyone else?

They don't just have to be picture or photography books they can be cool hot rod stories, biographies, just about anything cool and hot rod related. I find myself reading these types of things all the time and would like to know about more. Show me what you guys have read!

For me, this is less of a coffee table book and more of a Bible:cool:

I usually leave some Rodders Journal books lying about, seems to have converted a few 'non-believers' in the past.

My latest is "Wendover, Winds of Change", by Ronald R. Bateman. A history of the Bonneville area, including great pictures of the salt. I have seen them on the computer for 120 bucks, I paid 20 for my autographed copy from the USFRA table.

What sits on our coffee table you ask??? Reminisce Magazine, the latest copy of the Lehman's (Amish Country Store) Store Catalog, and what always will be on the phone table is my encyclopedia of every 1950's american car. It's my favorite!!

I switch my 'hot rod coffee table book' out once a month. Kustomland above is good, "All American Hot Rod Book" is out now and is one of my favorites.

I just got a new one, nothing to read but good pictures. It's "American Icon" put out by American Racing. It isn't a catalog, just a bunch of well shot photos of rides sporting their wheels. Besides the book was given to me by the local wheel shop (kinda hooked them up with the hot rod thing instead of just 20" 's) and the girl on page 12 visits me while I sleep.
