had a local pin stripper/hamber ( cheddar) come by today and do some lines. i just wanted something clean and basic. i got what i wanted, he did pieces all over the interior and im happy.

sorry chad, i couldn't wait, it will be too crazy sat anyways, you can do teh outside of i ever finish it!

got the motor and trans back in for teh last time hopefully.

unfortunately, i just couldn't pull this one off, by the hamb drags deadline. too much heat, rust repair, and other things that came up that delayed me. either way im done for the weekend, now to have it done for drag week!

if you can capture it ill split it with you!
    thanks!

    thank you very much.

pretty much my thoughts. i didn't want it to be to overpowering, and flashy. i still walk by it a see different things that i haven't noticed before, and sometimes you think something is there, but t he light hits it and it pops.

    thanks mikey!
looking forward to finshing this one up, and drag week!

  23. My wife wonders how you can get so much done on your truck and my is sitting, rotting in the back yard. I guess this build will force me to get my butt in gear.

i haven't been working on this, trying to recoup from teh hamb drags, but it over and time to get back to work!

i fab'd up the steering column mounts, for the new ididit column (i know not tradinitional, but comfort is!). i wasn't really happy with the way the modified one fit, so its for sale now!
got the throttle pedal and cables all made up and mounted. had to fab up a quick cable bracket at the carb. off to mike tonight to paint it all and hopefully install it all tomorrow!

some people asked about the cobra oil pan also that i took off, it too is for sale pm me.
