My earliest car memory is driving out of the Norwalk, Ct. Buick dealership in Dad's new '53, I wasn't 2 1/2 year old yet. Yes, Dad was driving.:D

No, but I still have the original Bill of Sale. It was sold when Dad bought the new 1961 Ford, that car I used for my drivers test in early 1967. :)

Did you make a plate for the master cylinder where the fresh air vent cover used to be? I know there's a little bracket that sticks out when you take the cover off, did you have to cut that out? Pics would be great if you have them!

    Thanks

  12. i cut a plate the exact shape of the vent cover, cut a slot for the drain and welded it in. after installing the swing pedals and masters i notched the vent cover to hide the masters. vent is closed off but the water still drains out.
