Here's a sneak peak of my 5 window build. It should be completed for next summer. I'll try to post more pictures later.

Whoa!! I'll be keeping an eye for the pics. Until then give us some specs on the body, engine, trans and rear. That thing is cool!

Since the Buick engines are so long I had to flatten out the bottom of the stock firewall and make a recess for the distibutor. I also had to move the radiator forward about 1/2 inch.
Here's a picture of the front and rear.

Gas tank off the back. I'm going to run the stock taillights off the framehorns.

Thanks for all the complements. I've had the car a long time and actually drove it for a while. But I was young when I originally built it with limited funds. I tore it apart 5 years ago and have been working on it ever since, making sure I do everything exactly how I want it even though it's taken longer. This board has been really inspiring and has been a world of knowledge and ideas. I'll post some pics of the initial build when I get a chance.

Excellent workmanship. I wondered how you got the nailhead in there cos they're so long. Do you have any pics of your firewall treatment? I have a fully re-coed 401 sitting in the shed for a 32-5w project. Even have a set of those Buick valve covers which my son gave me for a Fathers Day present. Any plans for the interior yet?

depending on your steering set-up you may need one of my "Mini" starters to get everything to fit with room to spare. It will also fit right in being chromed.

What a great looking car. I can wait until you can get it outside and get a full shot of it. How cool!
