Oh yeah. An online buddy Jay Brown from over on the FordFE website has done the hotrod drags several times, and won it at least once that I know of. He's got a '69 SCJ Mach 1 thats a near identical twin to mine. Plus he's got a cammer powered '64 Galaxie, an '05 GT-40 and on and on. Poor guy.

had a long night. got the drivers side floor/and braces all cut out. fab'd up new pieces and fit them in place, still need to weld it all in.

got the new stock sized oil pan in, good on clearance now!

will post some pics of all tonight.

Those are 1964-1967 289 Hi Po exhaust manifolds, also known as a K-code (because the Mustang and Fairlanes had a "K" for the engine code). They are reproduced, can't tell if those are original or repro's.

    yesterday update...
    got quite a bit done.

finished up the floors/cab braces, still need to get the trans tunnel rolled out today.

fab'd up and finished the front shock towers/lower mounts. finished the brake tabs. shaved up the gas tank filler/fixed the rust in the tail gate, rust in the lower cab corner area, and the rust in the doors!

picked up my wheels for the last time. got them mounted with the new tri-bar spinner caps.

Once your monthly 'bandwidth' is exceeded, you have to wait until the new month starts for your photos to show up (not sure if it re-sets on the 1st of the month?). Only way that I know of to get around it is pay the fee.

You could upload your photos to each post on here, where they show up as smaller thumbnails at the bottom of the post. Also, I think there's a way to upload them to your profile page, then post them on this thread (seems like a pain, though).

You are welcome to use my Photobucket account, too. It's all payed up and unlimited. Let me know and I'll send you the login and password.

Holy crap ryno, your makin' me dizzy. Not only have you made lightning fast progess on your truck, you've also had time to redo your trailer. Can't wait to see it Friday night at Joplin.
