Customs 1955 pontiac kustom build

  1. That looks awesome, will you have it together for the 'Chopped' show (1st weekend Oct) would love to see it in person.

    Very cool! Those cars always had a special meaning for me.My oldest brother had one,and that's when I got hooked on cars.

    love the color! 6-cyl... is it a Canadian Pontiac? Just seems odd that someone would throw a 6 in what was a V8 car originally that's all.

    Its an American Pontiac.. not Canadian. The engine is out of a mid 60's chevy... i have told that many years ago the original engine was pulled out and put into a Hot rod.

    that is one nice pontiac. I like 55's the best I have a 55 safari waiting to get worked on.

    I think that's a great power plant to have in there. An economical hot rod is a great idea and with gas prices what they are... hey.... I may look for the same power plant to put in one of my rides.

    Very nice. I liked both paint schemes! The gold is very cool. Nice ride!

    very nice..Was a straight six an option? Or someone put that in there? Never seen that in a Poncho..Unless it was Canadian..Nonetheless It looks good..I recently decided to Chop mine...very soon...

    Really nice 55 your styling for that ride is spot on. I had a 55 as well, really miss that ride there are not enough of them customized. Well done

    Thanks man, Its not a factory 6, The 6 is in it because in Australia for the first 4 years when your on the road you cant drive V8,turbo or supercharged cars. So for now the 6 will stay. Your car will look mad chopped. be sure to send me photos of it would love to chop mine later on
