2011 Ardmore Dragway Hot Rod Reunion

Naw, we still here and waiting out this heatwave, most of us voted to take July and August off this year (thank goodness we did now) a little lake time then HAMB drags and it's on again! Can't wait been missing the track and our racing family!

 

Oh count me in! I cant wait for September. Hot Rod Reunion and World of Speed all in the same month!!

 

I will miss it this year Rob. But im sure dad will be there with the fuel car, and maybe it will make a pass this year.. I will be back from Norway on Jan 2012..

 

where is the gas house honcho anyway been at least a year since he has shown up with a car...????? is he skeered...............

well Im on the last week of a three month build of a bonneville salt flats car for c/str not a drag car but a race car. no air cond here, im up for racing anytime. aint that old yet. im off to bonneville the 12th back the 17th and lookin forward to the reunion for sure... here is a pic of said roadster... all in 100 plus heat ... so , what are you young guys doin the summer...

 

Cuttin up junk iron , anybody need some 59 impala parts or 52 ford cabover or 50 chevy car parts? and i'm building a house....rather be workin on a car...or cuttin them up!?? It's only money? Good luck sam!

 

How come all those fast West Coast cars never come East? Got to leave thier phony clocks at home, or are they just scared? Ardmore Hot Rod Reunion Sep.2-3. Junior Fuel to the lanes please, Junior Fuel.

Guest inn is the motel we have used for years, local owned. 580-223-1234

 

other motels... candlewood suites (580-226-0100)...laquinta inn and suites.."candlewood and laquinta share the same parking lot"...(580-220-2990)...and springhill suites..(580-226-7100) all located within a mile of each other.

 

it's so lonley and cold over here.
