That is a Delage. If it is not extremely expensive, be very suspicious.
    Beautiful cars though

    I type too slow.

My friend just e-mailed me...this was a add he saw on Kijiji. I guess it has been deleted by owner as of last night, it was up yesterday. The guy described it as, "sitting in the carriage house for many years, don't know what it is, but it looks to be all there. My uncles car, selling for my aunt".

I saw that these cars go for around "one million dollars" (to quote a famous line).

Either, this was a scam or the find of a lifetime.............guy was asking $2,000.

Thanks, for taking the time and answering my initial post. (Ah, this will make good fodder for cruise night tonight).

The '39 pictured has fog lights. The one in the OP does not, just like the '37 I posted.

The hood sides in the OP look like the '37, not the '39. Quibbling, to be sure, but differences nonetheless.

Ya know what's funny is...if you lay the photo of the one you posted over the original that I posted...the framing is very close. Also, I did notice there is some kind of writing off to the side of the OP.......maybe someone is having a little photoshop fun.
