Love this T! When my T was down in Sacramento on loan to So-Cal S.S. this T was sitting right next to mine 12 forward Speeds, 6 in reverse
Here's the T rpu when I saw it for sale at the Turlock Swap a few years ago... We looked it over for hours. Lotsa neat stuff right there. Neal
It was EPIC to say the least! We got into Sac at about 9:30 pm and met the guys at So-Cal's shop to unload the my T into the warehouse. When they opened the doors, there it was. We rolled my T in right next to it....it was awesome!
Awesome video...I have to see this movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJx7gKYPp-c&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Barney's roadster is next to Fred Lobello's "Lady Bug" lakester Which I believe quite often had Johnny Vesco's 4-port Riley in it.
Note the bump on the top of the Jeep’s hood. The Jeep on page 18 of Hop Up Vol. 3 has a similar bump and is captioned: My guess is the Jeep push truck might also have a V8. -Dave
If that's a Hemi under the hood of that T, it has to be sometime after the fall of 1950. Likewise, there is a mid-1950s GM product peeking out from behind the guy on the right. -Dave
I joined the HAMB a year ago, and this thread was the reason. Best pics, best era. My car is a loose recreation. '32 V8 frame, '41 Merc, '39 trans, late '32 rear, adjustable spoke Kelseys, glass body, hope its worthy.
its a recent build, built with some new parts and alot of old parts,,,,tried to keep it mid 1940's to late 1940's style as much as i could....
