Today was the first day we have had under 100 in several weeks and I'm waiting for parts for my project so I thought I would go vintage tin hunting in the flinthills. Took off on my dual sport and rode about 130 miles, I have attached some pictures, more later. I was asked to not give out the location in exchange for bieng allowed on the place.

The 58 is a sedan delivery, there are two other 58s on the same place.

That black 57 has been on here before. ....and I'd still like to hear the history on it someday. It drew lots of attention last time.

  8. That 57 Ford may have been a tough customer back in the day....

  9. Love the teardrop on the 57!

Lots of potential ! Are these actually "For Sale"...are just being left on the property by the owner?

Note: The "teardrop" on the rear quarters of that '57 Custom mimic the Full Size "check mark" that was on the '55 Fairlanes...only they do it in minature.

Let me guess, they are going to restore all those cars someday so none of them are for sale?

I sometimes wonder how anyone could still have that many vintage cars in one place. You'd think scrappers and project hunters over the last 40-50 years would have bought them up just as soon as they were collected. Super cool of the owner to let you roam through and take photos. Hopefully those parts will find a home or better storage before they rust into oblivion.

I have added more pictures taken yesterday, some of the cars are for sale, most of the Model A and Model T in the sheds are not. ust about everything in this post is for sale. All these cars are within 50 miles of Wichita, still lots of tin out there if you are willing to look, this is three days on a dualsport, about 300 miles all within 30 miles of home.
