Looks like I may have to work most, if not the whole day, on Friday. Will either ride the Ducati over Friday evening, or ride with some friends in their Galaxie.

We are still thinking about coming over maybe only Saturday though. It all depends if I bring the wife and son or not. Neither one can go til then. I will definitely stop by Coolstuffs booth so maybe I will see someone there.

Craig - I forgot I have a class reunion on Saturday. Can't miss that. So Friday is my only opportunity (if I can get the day off work). I'll have to see that beautiful Caddy down at Sycamore.

Class reunion? Walt....if your quick, get the list of all your classmates and send em and email. Let them know that the class reunion has been re- located to the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines on Saturday July 2nd! Tell em to look for a guy with a hot rod.

hi guys , will be driving the carryall ,might rent a swap space ? wife and i will be working the gate late sat nite,wave as you go thru !! probably spend some time in varied industries bldg with my friends at" gulleys booth" he has lots of neat metal working stuff ! any waysee ya in "des moines "

The poker run leaves registration at 2:00. The kick off party is at the Marriot and starts at 5:00. West Des Moines, Jordon Creek Parkway.

Worked some long hours in the shop the last 3 weeks gett`in a couple cars ready for the show. Now that it`s time time for me to work on my own car, the heat index today will be 105 to 110.

 

I know it is not hot rod related - - but there will be some good music in Des Moines this weekend as well!
