Happy Birthday! Enjoy your youth while you can...I'll be celebrating the 22nd anniversary of my 40th in a couple of months. It's amazing how your body ages but your head stays young...now if I could just get that damn mirror to start lyin' to me!

40 was just brutal for me, awful. I suffered for a year. By time i got to 45 i started to regain my dignity, i hit 50 and regained my wind. At 55ish i started weight lifting. At 60 i was knocking back 9 1/2 minute miles and if some dumb mf'r gave me shit i was ready to kick some ass. I'm 62 now and i know i've at least another 20 years. A buddy took this pic of me yesterday.
It is all about taking care of yourself and never, for any reason, 'grow up'.
    Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday. After you turn 50 you can start subtracting a year every birthday. That is based on living too 100. That makes me 34. In a few years you will learn when you are doing brakes or anything else 'low' on the ride you take every tool you think you might need when you get down as it is going to be hard to get back up. That is why you see old guys looking at interiors instead of suspensions.
