Aw, been workin' in Eichlerville, neighborhood tour comin' up this weekend. Did the L.A. Times Festival of Books too, spreading the Broiler gospel.

 

Great Cruise Nite last eve! Man,the Broiler was packed with some kool kars!
It wasn't too hot and definitely not too cold. perfect roadster weather!!!!!
Thanx to all that support our efforts and continue to make the Broiler a place for everyone who enjoys Architecture and Autos!

I'm a little late here but, shit, I grew up in Downey, lived there for 20 years and remember the place when it was Johnnies Broiler.
Never cruised there since I didn't really like the food nor the north Downey snobs with their Vettes

 

Come on by=No snobs or vettes, just cool people,cars and chow!
We made it look as much like HARVEY'S as we could in 2009.
It retains a little JOHNIE'S on the interior coffee shop and in the green room.
We hope ta see ya when you're in town.

Why the fuss you may ask.......well you see I had something great happen this past weekend @ Ink and Iron. I received an award (and this will be the only place that I will speak of it) and its because of the Broiler. See I would have never met all the people that got me there with out the Broiler. Thanks so much Johnny.
