dannyego, it was even hotter strapped in the car waiting to run,great pics thanks for posting.It's a shame about the beautiful orange anglia crashing but after we pushed it over to me it looks very fixable.The flashback car should be back together shortly after a 10 grand rev on starting and letting a valve go.other then some other cars with some battle scars it was a really fun couple of days,Dave

I was there several years ago and it was fantastic racing and great looking gassers. Ohio George was there along with several other big name gasser guys. And Don Garlits showed up too.
Yeah, I felt bad for you guys sitting in the cars with the firesuits on. Not too bad though since I couldnt bring my car out . I missed the anglia crashing. I have some more pictures I will try and put up later. The heat and miller high life got too me last night.

Boy does that bring back some wonderful memories or what? I really enjoyed the great pictures and thanks for posting all of them. This is what racing is all about. These car just seem to have more character to them. Jimbo
