Final day for preparations. Bud was hard at work yesterday getting the track mowed and cleaned up for us. They are just as excited as we are. They love seeing the old cars make passes down the track too

HATE that I'm going to miss this, but have a friends wedding in LA to attend.

didnt hit anything, super easy leaves 2.8 60 ft 6.80 103 need to have it scaled next week and see how it will leave hard, had one 1.50 60 but one wheel two feet in the ai and the other on the ground and well, didnt hit anything haha.......... so far not bad for a small block on gas carb car should go 6.30s easy

 

Thanks for the offer Doc. Tomorrow Im gonna drive up to my sisters place in Burleson. I plan on heading over to spectate for a few hours on Sat. Hope to bring my nephews with me. See ya then bud

 

Just got a call from Andy - He's sick as a dog and won't be making it. Andy always brings his mule to drag us to the line. Anyone free to help drag a couple of cars to the line?
