yup as i said before keep up the good work ! your making good progress ,dont let the negitive comments get to you , seem like alot of posts lately with the same old people spittin the negitive comments out - perhaps if they posted pics of the correct way to do it then we could all learn from them andtheir expert ways -- joe

Wow, left turn on this one... Look I feel we all can always learn and improve, no matter what level you're at. I don't know Ian personally, but he is showing some mad fab skills, and he seems open to learning (constructive crits)... I'd bet money he is going to keep getting better and learn from others... If you want to take the time to point out something that can be done better, cool, that's what makes the HAMB great.. But first take the time to LEARN how not to be a dick!!!

again, Ian, nice lookin work brother...

I'm new here but i can't believe i never saw this thread, i think all your work looks great. Alot of your personality comes out in your wrighting/responses and how you take praise and critisism. I have never met or talked to you but you seem like a standup guy.....build it and drive the wheels off it!!!

its comments like this that keep me away from the hamb. why dont you just worry about your own skills? slighting other people really comes off as weak, and makes this internet car realm silly. it bums me out to see the percentage of car guys that are really insecure souls, who bare their true colors through a screen and keyboard. thats uglier than any weld.

reality: ive done plenty of work that im not proud of myself over, and ive done plenty of work that i am proud of myself over.

the point: if its never been worse, youve never gotten better.

Ian-- good stuff, man, passion. paying your dues. learning. good work, that only keeps getting better..... i respect that a lot.

Probably gonna Purchase and install the Gambino kit on a ford in a few months, and it was nice to see some one else's work.

I usually keep to myself on here, but I'm a builder myself... I own Vintage Customs in sunny Florida. Im all about building cars that cruise and do so safely...... Looks like you've cruised and came home safe.....point proven in my book! Nice work.

Bro, fuck the haters. One custom built is another stocker saved from samesville I say. Here in New Zealand most are too pussy to even make the first cut but your work inspired me to make the first, second, third, plus notch and hopefully one day chop my 'oh that's too fuckin rare mate' project. Easy to have big nuts in front of a computer screen (i'm actually a pussy) I actually heard it's even easier than changing stock rims to torque thrusts..........

Keep it crankin man, plenty of us are watching.

    Chop looks great!

I've heard nothing but good things about those Gambino notch kits.

This thread reminds me of a Katt Williams skit.

Man, i truly appreciate all the positive comments.... It's been a while since this chop and 4 link and i have definitely learned a lot..... but if i had to do the 4 link again.... i'd do it exactly the same!!!! im just so stoked that i can motivate anyone to get busy and cut shit up. if it's bad, start over and learn from it... if it's good be stoked and move on to the next challenge. that's how i learn and i love it!!! sure i make a lot of mistakes , but that's the only way to learn!!!!

    AND IT'S ONLY METAL!!!:)

POSITIVE PEOPLE MAKE THIS SITE A NICE PLACE TO VISIT.... NEGATIVE RETARDS MAKE ME WANNA NOT POST SHIT SOMETIMES....OH WELL!!!!!

    Fuck it!!!!!

I still havent had a problem with the first 4 link i've ever done, holding strong and driving straight!!!!!
