I'm sure I'm not the only one sick of driving around on bouncy, out of round tires. I found a guy near me that shaves tires (well two hours away), if anybody knows of someone closer to NYC, please let me know. Otherwise, post up the name and address of someone in your area that shaves tires. It will help out other guys who need their tires trued up, and it'll help generate business for the guys providing this service, so hopefully they'll keep at it a little longer or pass the torch. The 76 Truck Stop out on I-70 west of the MO/KS border used to do it. You can probably find a place closer it is still popular with the over the road truck crowd. Just find a big truck shop in your area.
You have to remember, I'm in NYC. . . it's a whole different animal here, a.k.a., can't get shit done unless you do it yourself.
