Will be there tomorrow pulling a wagon with some Y-block parts and someone's future beer keg gas tank.
Best event there is and no other like it. Best weekend we have ever had was when we started going to the LSRU.
So bummed that I am missing another one this year. I had a great time last time I went and I've been pining to get back. Hope everyone had a shit ton of fun and the show is better then ever!
Been going to car shows and rod runs for more than 60 years,, There is nothing that can ever match this event...NOTHING,, circumstances prevent me from being there this year,,and I'm pissed Mr Obama !!!!!!

The plan for us is to make it in 2013. I should be celebrating my new retirement then if things work out right.

Was in Texas all last weekend for O/T competition at the Texas mile..came home just in time to get ready to go to Alabama with a buddy to pick up his new 64 chevy II wagon this weekend...will I EVER attend the roundup again? I wonder. I was there for the 07 or 08 event and was totally blown away. Wanted to move to Austin right then and there.
