My 33 Fordor Deluxe was a victim of a Markleeville,Calif. City Cleanup Program sometime in the 1950's,they'd haul off all the derelict cars, use a bulldozer and push them into Ravines, mine was Burnt, shot at and finally hauled up outta there in 1981,I found Doors in Canada, fenders at swapmeets.etc.it was ready to assemble as a stocker in 1985 but a California Divorce put the project on hold until my kids finished school and moved out .between times I had been dreaming of building what I thought would be the ultimate Fordor,in 1999 I made the cuts and worked on it nights and weekends finished in 2004.it is sitting on a New Chassis with Mustang Suspension,a Low Mileage Rolled over/Totalled 92 Mustang GT Convertible was dissected and almost everything used in the Build- Fuel Inj. 5.0 with A.O.D. Trans and 411 Gear.interior is Leather and woodgrain, did all work myself except the Sewing.not many realize it is anything but just another Hotrod Ford but it is special to me.

Some awesome work by a lot of people here! This thread is older than the purchase of my body, but I'll play along!

Thanks! Yep, the crash back in '06 made me take it off the road and fix all the little things that were buggin me...I just redid the chop this past August. Life/work/school has taken priority these past few years, but I am going to really kick myself in the ass to get her back on the road this summer...your car looks great with the new paint and trim, btw!
