It was a fantastic day out with cool cars and and cool people and some great scenery.
I put almost 300 miles on the RPU and smiled all the way, even with a hangover.

  21. Great pix Flatoz and TOR!!

Was a fantastic day with great company, weather, food and most importantly, the VIBE was right b/c of the cars/people in attendance.

Super well organised by Peddro and Swifto - well done guys !!

Even if I tried spoiling the fun before we even got started with a crank/blower pulley that wanted to take its leave of absence from the crank's snout. My scerw up, shoulda run the correct sized hardened washer and a bit of Loctite.

Thanx to some of the guys from the Kardinals & Vultures who lent a hand and Pat/Swifto for the tools to sort out the problem and get back onto the road. Thanx to JT for the photographic evidence (or should I say the K6 cheep shot material hahaha) and for the great company during the day. (If that does'nt get ya excited to get busy wrenching ASAP, then ya best take up knitting man !!)

Left me a smile on my dial all day - real hot rodders helping fix real hot rods.

    Cant be beat.....

The next get together cant come fast enough imo !!

Yeah..... I was always told that the pulleys had to line up, not be offset like yours were.

I think this picture tells the story of how helpfull Rodders can be...... Next time, Invest in Loctite.
