I have a god amount of gas station memorabilia for sale and some old tin for sale too.

I will be there all day Friday for swap meet weekend.

Thats perfect! Of all 30 swap meets Ive been to at Portland, the couple years that had sunny weather just seemed to suck. Is it just me, or does a little rain make this swap meet more enjoyable?

 

So who am I hitching a ride with?

 

we will be at the track space 6067-stop by for a beer--no car parts--but some very cools stuff for the garage--restored/and unrestored gas pumps---signs--oil --soda signs of all kinds--staying till sat-- also buying--so if you guys selling gas pumps were looking

Me and some buds have about 8-10 stalls right in the middles of the 7000 area.
God I hope this rain passes by then. I'm going to just bring a few big items so I can walk the swap meet for a change instead of baby sitting my stuff.
I'll have a bastardised 28-9 model a body and a really rough model t coupster body. stop by and say hi we always have a few illegal beverages

 

Would you guys mind keeping an eye out for this truck or possibly parts from it? Was stolen from me up by The Dalles 10 years ago and never recovered. Last 4 digits of VIN are 9200 in case a clean, painted A-bone chassis is being sold. Thanks!

My buddy and I go every year, I was thinking maybe just grabbing some tables in the food court. not the best food but anything is better in good company.

 

Also, dont forget about the 12:00 noon meet up on Friday. Hall E in the EAST lobby. Hope to see you all then!

My mom, dad, brother and I will be inside Hall E, stalls 4431, 4432 & 4433. Come by to say HI and dry out for a bit.

i'll be walking around the Expo center and PIR on Saturday and maybe Sunday, pulling both the wee kids in a metallic red radio flyer.

last year i did the entire expo center twice and the race track 1 1/2 times in one day pulling that wagon, with my 4yo daughter. this year i'm doing it with her and the 1.5yo. should be interesting.

TRYING to keep in mind "I'm only looking for model A parts this time"... but i'm sure i'll leave with tons of other stuff, like every year. SBF, harley stuff, anything shiny. the highschool kids that carry parts for $5 make it too easy to buy more stuff...


so if'n ya see a thin bald white dude guzzling coffee and pulling a couple kids around like a pack mule, that might be me... gimme a hollar, the name is Dan. if i can manage to get beer through the gate again, there's one in the cooler with your name on it if'n you're a HAMBer...

This will be the first year that I will be missing it in over ..... allot of years. Moved to Minnesota in January. I'm hoping for some big swap meets here.
