Can you believe that thing is sitting out there like that? Wonder when/where that photo was taken.

 

I would have to say either a '39 Ford deluxe or a '40 standard coupe. Then again '36 five windows get me every time too. Beyond that, I get pretty damn exotic - how about a '38 Delehaye roadster? The one that was traveling with the curves of steel exhibit about three or four years ago. And if I squint just right, on the right day the early sixties version of the Jag XKE can get me there too. 'Course there is always the '62 Chrysler 300 in a 2 door hardtop, and I'm normally a 2 door post kinda guy...

Funny, I was going to say '64 Comet Caliente Ht, and I dont even own one. that roofline, the subtle vestiges of tail fins, the tailights...Killer looking cars.

Just thinking domestics here, gonna leave all those Vignale and Scaglietti bodied '50s-'60s exotics out of it for now.

The 1958 Impala was always my choice. The '57 Fords (all models) are a close runner up.

I don't have a pic, but my vote goes to the 1957 olds 'three window' coupe. (I think it may have only been available on the ninety-eight series.)
