ok so im getting to fixing the wiring on my galaxie and my coolant and gas gauge do not work. tank has a new sending unit. someone said that i may want to change the voltage regulator on the instrument cluster. where can i find them to buy? have not found any yet. would there be something else i may want to check? it doesnt matter which side of the gauge the wires go to does it?

I thought I put them back were they came from because the ends were different. If I got them switched would it blow the regular?

Ok does anyone know what the oham is for stock Galaxie sending unit? I can get an aftermarket gauge cheaper than a voltage regulator.
