  1. Our second Studebaker. Fortunately, it didn't suffer the same fate as the first one.

    Stop the press!!!!
    Picture number 70.
That Gorgeous '34 Ford yellow pick up is in a few of my pics! It was owned by a local in Denver. He had the honour of hauling the tools, fuel and tires.
This pic is amazing for it shows the same instance at two different vantage points!

Here are some of the pickup and the streamliner being towed by Bill Kenz's '46 Ford Coupe.

Oh, yeah and some cute little number near a yellow Bonneville bomber of sorts.

  15. I tried calling the number on the larsen roadster. The operator said it was disconnected? It sounds like a good deal.....................................

  16. The late Tommy Thompson's 990 Original Goldenrod from the mid 1950's. First run with Oldsmobiles, then in the 70's by a bunch of my buddies from Lincoln Nebraska with flatheads and a blown Ardun. It's now in the Tom McIntyre collection in Burbank.

So much newspaper stuff is wrong. There were some photos of this car on here as a dragster, and lots of computerised experts corrected it's engineering...they were wrong too. Just bad luck this project didn't get it's due. Think the same may be true for the Infinity jet car crash. So many of these attempts were as capable as the ones that succeeded. Great photos, thanks.
