I was waiting for my ride to pick me up at the gate on the parking lot across the street from the swap and found a zip lock bag of chocolate chip cookies.I figured someone forgot them so when my ride showed up we started eating them.He asked where i got them and i said i found them.He kinda did a 'you gotta be kidding look',but we ate them anyway. Were very good homemade,so whoever left them, thank you and could we have the recipe?
Eating something you found randomly lying around without knowing where it came from sounds like something I would leave to the homeless. Didn't your mothers ever teach you anything ?
Or someone might say : "That was me, the dog pissed all over the bag and we weren't sure if the inside got soaked or not so we left them in the sun to dry out"
Homeland Security usually trips over themselves to fabricate a bomb story from a find of this scope. Then the SWAT team comes out and gets a bead on the bag...a crowd gathers... In the confusion, I spot the '32 Heavy for $75... Hey, these are good! What's in 'em? Make me think....
Hope everything continues to be OK..If not at least there will be a couple less taking up space, using oxygen the rest of us need and polluting the gene pool. Might I suggest you DON'T share this little story with your mother the next time you see her...............she might question how well she did the job of raising you. Frank
so here's a question for you... which is worse: eating cookies you found at a swap meet parking lot, or putting a piece of cheese on your burger at the C.H.R.R after you dropped it in the dirt? cheese guy spoke of the "3 second rule" where if it was not on the ground for more than 3 seconds it is OK to eat. I'd rather have the cookies.
oh hell yeah....nuttin like a suprise find of chocolate chip cookies. good on you and yer buddy for not lettin them go to waste.
Everyone complains, but how many of you while working on your ride munch out on something and don't wash your hands first? nuff said!
