Almost...but not quite. Rory truly is an excellent 'striper and he also does some quality lettering, but I'd be the guy doing Roy's show signs. At least for the past 26+ years that I've been doing work for Roy.

    Zinda,

Dave Bond in Templeton or Real Ralph are very good quality sign and stripers. Dave put the Speed shop signs on my truck.

Sage , my apologies to you , I thought "acme" was his sign logo . My bad . BTW as a fellow sign / pinstripe guy , I've always admired your work , inspiring as always .

It's all good Philly. I just thought I should set the record straight. And 'Thank you' for the compliment. It always means more coming from another 'brush pusher'.

As for other Bay Area letterers, is Rich Ayers (I know his partner Rich Virgil passed away a couple of years ago) still stomping around as 'The Signmakers'? Or Steve Farone (I believe that he's doing doing work for Arlen Ness in Dublin)? Both excellent letterers.

Concreteman... Real Ralph is the guy for lettering... taught me everything I know about striping... and he's local... 831-338-2948
We striped and lettered the 67 Roger Penske Sunoco Camero together last year... I'm also not too bad at layin' down lines myself :) 650 380-1765
