24 pages later, Victoria has let the Secret out!

    Updates soon, please.

  12. Skip, After seeing your stuff for years here on the Hamb and know how much you love Mid-Century decor and tiki type stuff. I am going to have to throw in my two cents here. I have no idea if you and the wife have decided on a color or not. I really dig the yellow and black combo. Coral and black would be good also. Those two combo's would look like the cover of Rod & Custom to me in the early 50's. But what do I know.

And I've been keeping the secret this whole time! How did I miss this one? Looks great Mr. Shifter! I can imagine two tone paint colors are hard to choose. It came out beautifully and I'm sure Ladyshifter will be smilin' and stylin' when it hits the road!

Small update...thanks to Tim McMaster (mctim64) for completely building and balancing the 350 engine and Roger Scott (TSEDAN) for supplying the rebuilt 700R4 we now have the engine in with the Corvette valve covers, manifold and carbs that Ladyshifter picked out. Yes those are power disc brakes which she needs do to some knee surgeries.

I am coming in on March 3rd to L.A. so if I have some time and you are around I am making my way to Fresno.

You are always welcome and your club also....I just got the engine where I need it so now if you notice the crossmember has some engine motor mount plates...now I have to connect the two. Then it will come out and engine bay and frame will be chassis black thanks to KBS coatings. Progress is slow but steady with a fulltime regular job.
