Your car is insane the way it is. I just shaved the door handle, painted the roof to match the interior and added some supremes.

  2. I'm not sure what the "Express" version is, have to research that a bit more. For things like wheel swaps and simple chops you'll need software that will allow you to work in "layers". Elements and Paint Shop Pro, and others, will allow you to do that. Programs like MS Paint won't. It takes a bit of time to start thinking three dimensionally when you're working on a two dimensional screen but once you start to get the hang of it youi'll be amazed.

Check your installation discs for any digital cameras, scanners or printers that you might happen to have. You might already have some usable software at hand. Depending on how old or new your computer is, you probably don't have to have the absolute newest version of these programs. A couple years ago I bought a new-in-the-box copy of Paint Shop Pro that was one or maybe two versions old for $5.00 from a box of cut-out DVDs and software.

El Caballo, you can also go to Photoshop.com & download a free trial of Elements 9. If you decide to buy it, its only $99. Thats what I did & its well worth it.

Flat-Foot--THANKS for the PS, I've been thinking of adding the
red below the chrome side trim.It now has wide whites.
When I was building it I had removed one of door handles
and welded the holes shut THEN I decided to build the Buick
to look like a factory show car.---THANKS again

Dude, with the possible exception of a little shaving, I wouldn't change a fuckin thing on that car. It's perfect.

  6. Tough to try and improve on such a cool car! You´d probably want a new interior if you go with this scheme. I think it´s more of a fifties style look for the car.

    I´d love an Austin Dorset.

This isnt my car but i thought it would be an ok picture to work with if its not i can take some real pictures. My car will not have a vinyl top so it would be a complete paint job, unless i did just a pearl white on the roof. i dont know thats why im asking for help!

How about a color change? My 29' roadster is yellow and I would like to see what it looks like hot rod black. I can email you a high def jpeg.

Trying to decide on wheels / tires for my truck... The truck will be all satin black and sitting pretty low.

Thinking either Cragar Series 500 Eliminators (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CRR-500G573442/) with blackwalls, or green flake steelies with chrome hubcaps and outer beauty rings and wide whitewalls...

Anyone wanna give that a shot for me?
