I got one more piece for this week's show. Just finished this today for the charity auction at the Detroit Autorama coming up at the end of February.

I'm a little late to the show but you guys and girls have been busy this week! Great work!

Here is what I have been working on. Trying to create 3D work from the laser cutter. A simple chassis, no particular make or reference more of a trial to see if I could do it. Have to work on engine and body parts next.

Man, Killer show this week by all, Todd Jones- Cool Honker!, BoMonster- love that motor!, Zombie, Jigger, Ger, Rubens, I know I'm forgettin a ton here, awesome show everybody! I look forward to Fridays cause of this show.

 

Man, it is really KILLER that everyone is doing pieces of our little honker for detroit! Were bringing it back to the basement this year just because of all the artwork being done. Everyones stuff looks awesome. We will all have to have a group get together around the car or over in the artist section on saturday evening. I have my good friend that i work for his screen printing company coming with some hot rod prints to set up and sell, so i will be around the GOODSLEEVE booth all weekend. Everyone needs to come check it out.

Going to throw together a print this week..probably just three color on black paper.. run a small edition just for the autorama... Heres some line art from a month or so ago that never got applied to anything...



Come by the Honker in Detroit..if i dont find you guys first.. See you all in a couple of weeks.

I've got 4 of these type of forms(bare) and after seeing these I sure wish that I could pinstripe like that!

 

I agree JRK is a very welcome addition to the fas! Kind of unflattering initials though I wasnt gonna post this cause it sucks but wanted to play.I think I posted the blue car before but I like it(except for the croooked letters!Rock On FAS!!!

 

Great to see the art still kicking around.....great job by all. One day I'll get something new posted. See ya.

I never put anything on the friday art show before. I always just looked until tonite.I thought I'd show you guys a helmet I did for a buddy.Tell me what you think.

 

Not nearly as good as GaryC's photochop work, but it was the thought that counted.

 

And : the shoebox Ford is GREAT, you know what, everyone's art is GREAT.

 

I think it's cool.
