Hot Rods Midget From Michigan

I recieved an email from a friend today.No...he's not from Michigan,the car is.He's looking for information about the car and what kind of engine it is.The id on the images say Buick.

This has been here before, no one knew, wondered what the outcome of the search was.

 

Really is a neat little car, if we keep it up on top ,maybe it will be identified.

 

Can you still call them midget's?

 

Its not PC because the little people (dwarfs) claim that there is no such a thing as a midget. Never the less less that 4'11" properly proportioned is still a midget in my mind.

I'm not sure how tall that little car is but the proportions are good so midget will fly for me.
