That's true Gregg, I think we all have great intentions but it takes guy's like you with great personality, knowledge and persistance to really make it all fall into place. I know gettin sappy but...... Who cares.

the effin rules..... I bought my car from my uncle at 15, been wrenching with my dad for ever too.. It helped shape the guy I am.....

 

This is why I love Texas and the South in general... All of this transcends Car Clubs and what have you... Its just about friends and family supporting one another... as in the end that's all we can hope for... I feel privileged to know and be friends Javier and Jack and the rest of the local gang of wrench turners... Truly a class above the norm!

 

Santa and his elves did a very good thing for a "FUTURE GEARHEAD"...... Very nice of all of you to do that....

 

What's Jack's vision for his car? I can't wait to see the build thread.

I have two boys in their 20's that I'm proud as all hell of and they're both gearheads. The smartest thing I ever did in my life was to do what my Dad did with me and that was spend a shitload of time with them when they were young. Well, I guess I'm batting .500. The youngest is a damn tuner but the oldest is into anything old.

I know it's only a car but I think all you guys have set that young man up to be a success in life. And that's pretty damn cool. Kudos to you all.

 

That is AMAZING. By the way, I have a one month old daughter who loves Deuces and talks about them all the time....
