Thanks guys! She pulls great. With the trailer 70mph is no problem, on flat ground that is! She did OK in the Arkansas mountains too.

thejohnathanpaul, I'd suggest coating the floor with something real good if you plan on carrying salty wet stuff around. I've owned 2 OT vehicles that were used for recreational sea stuff, and both were rustfree except where the gear sat.

  10. Just saw this on Portland CL don't know if it's been posted, reminded of the dodge that Tom McMullin built years ago
Jag independant front and rear suspension and rear engine. Don't ask I know nothing else

You have pop out windows. If you need to pull the windows and seals for paint, be very VERY careful and preserve the seals. They do no make those seals any more (only stationary window seals)

You need to check out Church's van then!

Does anyone have a pic of a stock '65 Econoline wheel? I have No stud length at all past the lug nuts. I think the studs should be a little longer.??

Are the lug studs short on all four wheels?
Do you have front disc brakes?
If so, longer lug studs should be used up front.

As long as the nut threads all the way on, you should be ok, but a little extra is nice. I didn't have a problem until I did a disk conversion.

No way! I was looking into buying that Falcon! The previous owner said he had a couple people lined up before me, and I guess one was you. Congrats!

Here's my peach. 67 G-10. 250 L-6. 3 on the tree. Picked her up on Craigslist for $500 sans tires and wheels. Evicted the tenants, put on the 14" Keystones and DROVE her onto the trailer. This one started it's life as a Ma Bell truck (display van) One side is panel and the other is all windows. Damn I love this truck....
