HELL , I'd just put some studded Snow Tires on the ol' Deuce and driver' all Winter . LOL. I just put my car up for the Winter
last weekend. With 120 inches of Snow annually, I give up by
    the Third Week in November.

    Take care,
    VR&C.

Deeper snow works a lot better. The skinny tires dig right in and away you go. I can get out from my garage with the T roadster in the snow where the Ford pickup needs to be in 4wd to get up the same slope.
But the radiator shell scoops up the snow and fills up.

  5. Reminds me of driving my first car in upstate N.Y., a VW bug, like most of us had. Uh I dont see the old sock, like we put on our right hand and use for the defroster

For you Californians we back here in snow country don't let a little snow freak us out. When we are sliding sidewards off the road the first thing said to the passenger is Here hold my beer, hang on and watch this ----YEE haaaaaaaa! It's what we call drifting!Snow drifting, LOL. Power sliding is a blast. So you see, you Ca guys thought you had all the fun.

Hope you got home before the salt trucks got started! Around here the first snow we get, we usually get more salt than snow.

Most of the cars on here have lived through 50 to 80 winters! I think my car loves it as much as I do. Besides it's only a car...just sayin.
