Flat black seems to be the colour for killerlooking T coupes.

Thanks fellas. I ran an 11.50 flat at 1100 ft elevation so that's gotta be an 11.40 of some kind back in the sticks where I live! Best 60ft to date is 1.51 but 1.57 is the norm. Going to try and do much better next year.

Blackout I REALLY like the black! I didn't think you could beat the gold , but you proved me wrong. Not all rods look right black (say it ain't so). Stellar move you made. Ballsy too!

Had to add that I think rear and rear 1/4 views make the best pics of T's. Love both of those cars!

  11. Finally got the windows in, and the regulators to work.
It's a lot warmer with all the windows in it, before, I just had the windshield, and it was kinda chilly at freeway speeds...

Lookin good! NIce scenery you have there as well.

  13. Thats about 1/2 mile from our house, Thomas... We are about 500 feet from the Ocean, but after that 500 feet, there's about a 90 foot cliff... that suits me just fine, I live in the only town in the lower 48 states, to be wiped out by a Tsunami... so that 90 feet is quite all right with me....

Sucker will sail down the highway at 80 with ease.

I always liked the T coupes, had a 27 roadster years ago ,wish I never sold that one.Built a dozen other cars since.I daily drive my custom Elcamino and for the weekends drive my 34 Desoto Airflow custom.A friend of mine passed away and gave me his 27 T coupe body that I have been building into a low buck hot rod driver,no billet parts or shinny paint on this one. Hope to have it done by spring. Great pictures guys.

Man I tell you what........My T is TOUGH!

Got cut off this morn on a slick hiway entance ramn, tapped the brake and went to spinning. I spunt it aorund 2 whole turns clipping the curb with each spin. I clipped a curb 4 times. Ruined a smoothie, sheared off volts to panhard and bent a coilover bolt. May have b ent an axle. Had to get a wrecker ride home.

I feel like I came out ok. Coulda tore the whole undercarriage out.

glad to hear you both came out OK!
    I gotta ask, is that a 6 or 12 volt panhard?LOL
glad to hear your T didn't get ruined. I find it wierd how they either dont notice you or try to run you off the road while gawking.

Great posts on the T's. I thought I'd add mine to the mix. They are both 1926s. The touring is powered by a 401 nailhead and the "modified" is flathead powered. Both are for sale by the way, I need some cash to finish my Deuce roadster. CYA on the road. Dale

I would trade you a coupe for the '57 but my T is worth no where near what you want for the truck.
