I would be in, Price would need to be pretty right, Would'nt I be able to attach a reverb tank from an old fender or something, I started a thread about tube amps in cars too. maybe look into one of those, I would LOVE one!

That is a decent example but you have to be driving a Pagoda Green 64 Galaxie(390 tri-power, bench seat, four speed) in 1987 at 2:00 in the morning to know why you would need one!

They sound better in the car.

My buddy had one in his Barracuda back in the 60's & it was quite a novelty, given the fact that 8-track tapes still did not come into vogue. Everything is relative I guess. I liked it, but I guess it could get old after awhile. If I remember correctly, you could turn it off. By the way, why did real stereo vanish? It's like we went backwards...all this stinkin' technology & no stereo on the radio (except for old stereo tunes that don't seem to translate properly through the modern meduim i.e. you only hear one channel).

I have a nice Kenwood one hooked up to my home stereo and would love one in the car!! I record in "reverb" to get the effect but would like an actuall car one.

Neat sound but no offense, seems like it would get old after a while. Good thing there's an OFF button.
