ACEScc host reliability run in scenic Trabuco Canyon RSVP ONLY 11/6/10

ACES Car Club is bringing back the tradition of 40's and 50's hot rod reliability runs as a poker run. The purpose of a reliability run is to prove the roadworthiness of the hotrods (this is not a race). This event is open to pre 1965 traditional hot rods, customs, and cycles and being held in scenic Trabuco Canyon, Orange County. The start/finish line is Rose Canyon Cantina & Grill, Trabuco Canyon. In total, a 43 mile tour.

Upon leaving Rose Cantina, each driver will receive the first of five playing cards. Each will receive three additional cards at to-be-revealed locations throughout the run and a final fifth card upon return to the cantina. The highest poker hand wins the booty. Additional prizes will also be awarded. Round up your family and friends and join-in the ACES Poker Run! Space is limited so you must reserve a spot. RSVP today!

I just got back from running the route on my cycle and checking in with the Rose Cantina to ensure everything is still the way we planned. Everyone is in for a real treat. The Cantina is really looking forward to hosting this event and the drive is truly spectacular. The landscape changes so drastically, it makes you feel like you're in another country.

Thanks again to everyone that has already reserved their spot, these last few days have been busy.
