    Absolutely. Post them up !

Holy crap ! That's moving ! You got any pictures of the car and setup, Bill ? If so, I'd love to see them.

That's too cool ! I'd like to see some of them too. What's your website, Twisted ?

My dad has been looking for a Diamond T pickup cab to build a little hot rod pickup for a while and just couldn't ever find one, so I gave him my '37 Ford pickup cab and bed. Well he found a Diamond T cab a week or so ago and the 6 cylinder in the video will be going in it with a Richmond 5 speed behind it. Tear down of the cab has commenced. There's some replacement panels that need to be made, but my dad is retired and can do whatever he wants all day, so that means he gets to play with his hot rods as much as he can stand it ! I'll keep you guys posted !

I used a 4.3,,tossed the throttle body and all those wires cause I had no idea where to connect everything. Installed Edelbrock carb, manifold and aircleaner..Just thought it looked more hotrod,,,and it was a rebuilt motor in a blazer,,got the whole truck for $150,,,used the rearend also in my truck.

good point, they are in 2 rows on the 4.3 and if i were to do it again which i am i'll go with the one row 6. There are less issues with exhaust and steering shaft clearances with an inline

A bit off the wall, but might end up in something rather than sitting on the floor of the shed.
73 Volvo 6, 175 hp , originally injected now with Penta 170 triple carbs, injection split exhaust manifolds, good size clutch, from our old family driver circa late 80s.

  25. Speaking of Volvo 6's.
    I have a '92 Volvo DOHC 6 all alloy block/head.
    200hp stock.
Looks like it's going to go in my '53 Morris J type van.
    Increase original HP tenfold.

Great thread!! Heres a few pics of my 63 belair. Its stock so far except the homemade header i built from clifford flanges and some food grade stainless pipe i got from a buddy. Its gettin dual carbs a cam an lump ports soon. With a 3" straight exhaust that comes out behind thefront wheel it sounds like a pissed off tractor!!! I love 6 bangers!!!
