He's talking about what appears to be a metal frame around the window with a divider down the middle......like maybe on an armored car. CAn't really tell what that thing is.
It's a home made replacement for someone who didn't want to pay to have cut or track down another truck to rob, the right window from.

he has alot more stuff im hoping to roll out and take more photoos of all it then ill just load them in an albumif you see anything you want drop me a line and a price and ill see what i can do,wont give up the location or guy but im willing to see if i can get it for whoever
