    still trying to get information on what time there letting cars in, tried the website but no information just information that spectator gates open at 9am. any help out there?

    well i got the metropolitan together enough to take it out for a test drive last night. i put 8 trouble free miles on it, so it should be there. just need to do some fine tuning and fix some oil leaks.

    This guy shows up at the gate in '07 or '08 in a red Model A with ugly eighties Cragar wheels.
    Before we can tell him to go away he says that he has wheel covers for the car, but didnt want to chance losing one while driving. Figuring that he had full hub caps or moon discs, we let him in.
    We later saw the car and it had the wheel covers on it...green cardboard wheel covers!

    its obvious that the Billetproof promoter is just after the money maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!!!! back in the day when the Swanx were running the front gate that would have NEVER happened maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!!!

    They should just hand those out at the gate for people that need them. Just like they use to do at fancy restaurants with coats and ties.

    How about we just cut off billet wheels and hang them up like they do to ties at un-fancy restaurants? :D
