I have had a few Woodies, a lot of fun. This '52 Buick was my most recent (sold it last summer).

  23. Hey all,

The guys name is Nick Alexander who did own that Woody collection. He is the son of Ben Alexander who played Joe Friday's sidekick on Dragnet in the 50's and 60's on TV.

The collection was sold last year at auction.

Thank you for the correction, I was going by what was sent to me. Great collection no matter who owns it.

Well was the collection sold as a whole or was it separated. Because it would be a shame to separate such a collection.

I have an original 1946 Pontiac woodie and starting a 1929 Ford Huckster with a 1.8 SOHC and ZF 4-speed. Sold a Rare 1948 Chevrolet fleet line with the Country Club dealer installed wood kit. Also sold a 1948 all original T&C convertible a couple of years ago.
