ya know...some may hate on four doors, but I've got two boys... 4 and 2. I need a family cruiser... 4 doors are kid friendly in my book....and what guy doesn't want to raise their kids right? Traditional cars are what it's all about...

Ya know those front seats tilt forward so you can get in the back, I remember it well... so it's no excuse. Tradition was 4 doors were your parents or your grandparents car. Have fun with grandma's car.

What truck is this? Awesome! I think I saw the guys from the Trucks tv show swap one of these onto a Dodge Ram frame by only changing the body mount locations.

anyways before its closed heres my grandma car.

got about 2 g's in it, cus it was what i could afford/find at the time. 2 door would look cooler no doubt, but i wouldnt be driving around in a painted 2 door this whole summer for 2 grand.

grandma's 4 door cars are cooler than most 2 doors. while the 2 door guys are going to shows and seeing there car over and over and over, paying twice as much for it and having tons of books and articles written for them over the years id rather see a cool 4 door done up. hell isnt that what its all about?

Here's a couple pics of my '51 packard. On the '51 through '54 packard four doors, they put the door handles on the beltline chrome. You don't see them much so the car looks like a two door sedan from most angles. pigpen

    Nosed except for the airplane.

    [IMG] ...and decked.

Outside mirror is from a '75 Jag. It adjusts from inside the car.

I prefer a four door. Hell Ive got two kids plus its easier. The 57 is a daily driver and the 60 i just traded for a 56 chevy pickup.

my 55 chrysler new yorker deluxe 4 door 331 Hemi w/ 2x 4bbl carbs. been in my family since 55. My great grandfather bought it new and paid the windsor price for it as they made a huge mistake in the order and had sold their trade in so my great grandfather recieved the floor display model. electric windows, AC, electric seats, rear window Venetian Blinds, power steering, and rear center fold down arm rest.

This is another car below but I wanted to give you a shot of what the front looked like.
