Yeah thats our set-up...boy did it get rough about day 4...HAHAHAHA...but id do it again in a heartbeat..its really the only way to experiance the meet...sterno made raman noodles and coffee...port-o-let toilets....no showers the entire time.....but its about the cars not the comfort of a hotel.
Nice photos. They have showers at the truck stop for somewhere between 5 and 10 bucks towels included. Not that bad a deal when the camping is free.
Nice pics! There's showers at the gas station / Salt Flats Cafe isn't there? Don't know what they cost, but it can't be much. Breakfast was only 6 bucks...

Jeeze, the wind and dust is something you deff dont incounter here in Fla, it took a couple of days to get used to it for sleeping and yes Wed night sucked.....didnt know there was a KOA,much less showers there..gggrrr..will hit that next time.....was really just to cheap to spend 7 bucks on a shower..or 6 bucks on breakfast..went out with 120 dollars came home with 2 dollas to spare!!! HAHAH Salt flats on a budget!
