Hot Rods My Bonneville trip 2010! Lots of Pics!

Wow! Just got home late last night. Had a blast. I am very lucky to have a lot of great friends in this hobby. My Bonneville trip centers around being part of the Peckerheads Racing Team out of Reno. They made me an honorary member this year. I have known this great group of guys for a few years now They bought the 27 T roadster from Mark Morton of Hop Up fame this last year and were going after the vintage 4 banger record. Have not heard if they did better the 117 mph from a couiple of days ago. I will update as I get info. I will list these pictures in no particular order. We pitted next to our buddies from New York,The Rolling Bones, and The Bean Bandits from So. Cal. All great guys! I had a ball. Here are my random pics. Enjoy! I have lots of them so be patient. I was happy that my good buddy Eric Schill(Riley Automotive--Vaphead), dropped in to the pits in his 32 roadster to say hello. Nice catching up with one of my former NW buddies. He drove over from Denver with his friend that was driving this great 32 3 window. We cruised the pits together for a while and then took the chance to get out away from everyone and have a special moment together bonding as hotrod brothers. (Eric will get a chuckle over that) . It was pretty cool. I think you will agree

Why not some more? And yes I did trailer my car. I had parts to deliver to my buds in the back of the truck and that is were I slept at the bend in the road. Frickin' dusty. Never again. I had to try it once. Back to the motels for me. The last few pics are of my friends in the Peckerheads. The fellow in the Kiwi Konnection T-shirt is me with a happy smile on my ugly mug! Had a hoot. Remember: Why be a dick when you can be a Peckerhead! Cheers!
