Projects Gambino kustoms presents a mild kustom 63 t bird

    ok were doing a mild kustom t bird for a realy kool cat named todd every thing will be shaved except the trim around the head lights front trim on the top & the rear trim on the top the stanless on the fins has been welded on were doing lakes pipes on the side molded to the fenders frenched antenas (dont know were yet ) some kind of a scoop on the hood we got rid of the gas door & reverse lights on the rear bumper
    no air ride on this one we will lower it the old fashion way blocks and cut coils
    julio will do a crazy 60's interior phone tv fur swivels sests maybe
    we will do a extreme fade for the paint on this one and watch us do it
    check the picks and youll get an idea were this ones going we will post the whole process with pics and vidios so stay tuned!

    I'm guessing you dont sleep much. If you are building it it goes without saying thats it's going to rule. What color do you have picked out for it?

    So Todd finally decided on a color or did you "guide" him the HofK PP?? :D

    It bolts on to the "Fin" from the inside.
    It's a Stainless piece like the rest of the Trim along the Top.

    yes that piece is pot metal we soldered it on with this low heat solder made for soldering pot metal to metal i still have some finished work on the top were the stainless stoped and the potmetal started im a fraid we would get a hairline crack there so im gona tap the edge down so i can get solder over the top of it ?
    no watson here on this one 2 have been done resently definatly a fade
    purple was the only color that one hasnt been done that was over the top purple and blue was the 2 choices its a no brainer have you seen genes purple hase?

    what about using a body panel adhesive in this type of situation? I've never used the stuff, but thought it would be a good idea when trying to bond pot metal to a car
